Configurable base url on export

      Bamboo to prompt the user if the base url should be exported in case the instance is moved to a different server.

      In case an instance is moved to a different server the user should be prompted about the current base url.
      Base url should not be included in the export if the user chooses to move to a different server.

      On the new server after the import the user should be directed to enter the new base url.

      This new base url should also be used to configure the broker connections on the new server.

            Why do we need baseUrl exported if we are importing to the server which already has baseUrl set? Even in the fresh install scenario the "baseUrl configuration" phase is before the import phase.
