StopBuildManager with abandon result does not abandon result

      StopBuildManager with abandon result does not abandon result in 3.0. In 2.0 it just stopped the result from being persisted but that now happens at the start of the build.

            Current status:

            • abandoned builds are saved to database - do we really want to remove them?
            • log fiels are created - probably should be there as the only sign of that build (however not accesible in web ui)
            • build result xml is not created

            The other issue is that it has to be tested how it affects chains - if one of chain builds is abandoned and then removed - propably this will affect chain result - I'll check this today
