The wording on the first 2 tabs on the Test part of the View Plan screen is wrong when there are no tests found that fit criteria

      If a plon has been executed a number of times and has tests, but none of these tests have failed, the tabs:

      1. Top 10 most failing tests
      2. Top 10 longest to fix tests

      say:

      There have been no test cases identified in this build for Last 25 builds.

      That is not true, as there are tests. There are simply no failing tests.

      We need to reword the message such that it reflects the criteria of the tab.

      The problem is that the above 2 tabs are the first to show up, and the user could be very confused thinking that no tests were found at all. Which is not, thankfully, the case.
