Bamboo should retry Repository related operation before failing a build

In case a (scheduled) build fails to checkout/update the build fails.
Bamboo should retry the repository operations a few times before giving up and failing the build.
Scheduled builds are not at risk of repository failures and will not run until next scheduled.

Edit: This is actually more of an headache on Windows, where customers often have anti-virus or windows defender running. And sometimes a force clean build will fail, due to anti-virus locking the file.
