Can't enable scheduled backups

    Description

      I can't enable scheduled backups on a vanilla Bamboo 2.4 install, when I go to save the configuration I get the following error,

      java.lang.NullPointerException
	at com.atlassian.core.cron.generator.CronExpressionGenerator.getCronExpressionFromInput(CronExpressionGenerator.java:27)
	at com.atlassian.bamboo.ww2.actions.admin.migration.Backup.doSave(Backup.java:113)
	at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke0(Native Method)
	at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(NativeMethodAccessorImpl.java:39)
