At the moment tests detect that they were "broken" from the first time they appear in the "broken tests" list. The result of this is that if you have
| BAM-MAIN-1 | Buld Succesful |
| BAM-MAIN-2 | test.foo failed |
| BAM-MAIN-3 | Compilation failed (no tests ran) |
| BAM-MAIN-4 | test.foo failed |
test.foo actually reports as having been failing since BAM-MAIN-4. It should be intelligent enough to see that it hasn't been in the "successful" test list since BAM-MAIN-1.
