hidden bambooSection section displaying onLoad

      The ui.bambooSection does not respect the dependsOn attribute when the page loads.

      See the new clover plugin builder admin config screen to reproduce this.

            This has been fixed with the dependsOn rewrite I did in 3.4.

            This still appears to be broken on trunk.

            Nope, this is still broken. The commits may have the wrong jira id. I can't see the fisheye tab here.
