[BAM-4174] Clean up bulk edit UI

            Andrew added a comment -

Suggestions for the bulk edit UI:

            Select Bulk Action screen

            • 'You can use this page to update multiple plans or projects at the same time.' — change to 'You can update multiple plans at the same time using bulk actions.'
            • 'Select the bulk action you wish to perform.' — consider removing this text. It's is redundant.

            Choose Plans screen

            • 'Select the plans and/or projects you would like to perform the bulk action on.' — change to 'Select the plans you would like to perform the bulk action on.'
            • It would be good you could expand and collapse the plans in a project (using a '+'/'-' )
            • It would be good if you could select all plans in a particular project, perhaps if the project had an checkbox against it (indented). If you do introduce this, then the blurb at the top of the page will need to be expanded, i.e. append 'You can select all plans for a project by checking the project checkbox.' on the end.
            • Add a '<< Back' button to the screen which retains the context of which bulk action I selected in the first screen.

            Perform Bulk Action screen

            • It seems strange to be able to select plans on this screen when I already did it on the last screen. I understand that there is more detailed information on this screen, but it makes me think that the previous page was redundant. Perhaps remove the checkboxes and add a '<< Back' button to this screen.
            • The table in table doesn't look great. It would be awesome if it could be made into one big table with appropriately labelled columns instead. e.g.
              Plan Notification Event Notification Recipient
Test - Parse (TST-PARSE) All Completed Builds edwin (user)
            • 'The table below shows the current values for Notifications.' — consider changing to 'The table below shows the notifications currently setup for the plans selected previously. '
sorry panda has died. I'll add feedback on the text for other actions on this screen later.

This was already mentioned in the milestone review, but to reiterate it would be great to have a full screen rather than a popup dialogue box for confirmation.
