Write.lock files should be removed from bamboo-home during server startup

      At times a residual write.lock file may be left in <bamboo-home> subdirectories such as index and database...

      These files should be removed during server startup to avoid indexing problems, plan expiry etc.

      Not sure if this is a potential harm if bamboo is already running and a second instance is started accidentally.
