High Description
according to http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BAMBOO/Bamboo+Remote+Agent+Installation+Guide agents can be installed as service on windows OS
with java -jar atlassian-bamboo-agent-installer-2.2.1.jar http://bamboo-host-server:8085/agentServer installntservice
the command that follows
java -jar atlassian-bamboo-agent-installer-2.2.1.jar http://bamboo-host-server:8085/agentServer start
to bring up the agent does not start the agent
