Change to SVN URL through global variables not detected

We noticed that some the number of tests reported by bamboo was changing wildly. Also builds where randomly failing with bugs that we fixed.

We have JBAC2 configured to checkout https://svn.atlassian.com/svn/private/atlassian/jira/branches/${bamboo.jira.branch.svn.tag} for our branch builds where ${bamboo.jira.branch.svn.tag} is a global Bamboo variable. However, when we have the variable Bamboo does not always seem to change the branch of the checkout in "build-dir". This does not appear to be deterministic, some builds are changed while others are not. This happens on both agents and bamboo.

We appear to be running a snapshot of bamboo.

For the time being, I am working around this my simply deleting the affected checkouts. This is a time consuming task as we have some many builds and agents.
