Add a report that shows a list of all scheduled builds

      The actual use case was that we had to make sure that the is no build scheduled for a specific time. Right now we have to check every single build. Having an overview which shows all scheduled build would be a big improvement here.

            I agree this is very cumbersome right now. We have over 600 build plans and many of them are scheduled builds. Often these builds conflict with each other or overlap with database backup routines so we need to keep an eye on when they are scheduled. Currently we have to maintain a separate Confluence page of all the scheduled builds and when they are scheduled but when someone changes the build schedule it is VERY hard to track down.
