Allow global variables to be Web Repository URLs

It is possible to use globale variables in the Repository URL field, but not in the Web Repository URL.

Actually I would like to be able to "reuse" a project, like a project template, and set different variables, like my
release-branch variable. Then it would be possible to build againts several branches, with the same Bamboo project.
