Smack library hangs due to bug in version 2.2.1

    Description

      There was an issue reported in https://support.atlassian.com/browse/BSP-1025 which prevented Bamboo from starting up as the smack client locked up and failed to initialize.

      We need to upgrade our smack library to 3.0.4 from 2.2.1, I think the customer was affected by this bug as upgrading to Smack 3.0.4 fixed the issue.
