Reduced log spam from remote agents

      Currently in my Bamboo log, I get one log statement at the INFO level for every remote agent I have (7 now, potentially 20) every second telling me that the agent is being updated - I assume this means it's pinging the agent.

      I'd like not to see these messages at INFO - perhaps DEBUG - and just see WARNs when agents drop out.
