      Issue Summary

When configuring a Bitbucket Cloud repository in Bamboo, users who are members of a Bitbucket workspace but not administrators cannot load or select repositories. The repository dropdown remains empty or returns an error, even though the user has access to repositories within the workspace.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to Create repository
      2. Select "Bitbucket Cloud" as the repository type
      3. Select "Private" access level and enter valid credentials
      4. Select the workspace from the Workspace dropdown
      5. Click Repository dropdown

      Expected Results

The repository list should display all repositories the user has access to within the selected workspace.

      Actual Results

The repository list is empty or an error is returned. Only users with workspace administrator permissions can see and select repositories.

      Workaround

Temporarily grant the user administrator permissions on the Bitbucket workspace to configure the repository, then revoke the permissions afterward. Alternatively, have a workspace administrator configure the repository on behalf of the user.
