Steps to Reproduce

1. create a plan using a wizard

Expected Results

Internal state of created object is consistent

Actual Results

The default job is assigned to stage but not on the list of jobs in Stage object.
Note: This bug is not known to cause issues with the use of the product, but has theoretical possibility to do so

Workaround

Make a small change to the plan (e.g. change desription) in order to force cache reload.
