Logs are missing sometimes after update to 9.2.8 at JDK 11

      Issue Summary

      This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

      After upgrade to 9.2.8 Bamboo server logs don't contain a lot of expected records like plan and repository cache initialisation etc

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Start Bamboo 9.2.8 at JDK 11
      2. Check logs at $BAMBOO_HOME/logs/atlassian-bamboo.log

      Expected Results

      Usual logs are present

      Actual Results

      Only logs which use Log4j2 API are present

      Workaround

      Remove slf4j-reload4j-1.7.36.jar and reload4j-1.2.19.jar from $BAMBOO_INSTALL_DIR/atlassian-bamboo/WEB-INF/lib folder
