      It would be neat if there was a way to re-order the builds in a build queue. Sometimes we have a jillion (literally, a jillion) builds queued up and we'd like to take one from the bottom and give it a higher priority right then and there.

            A cut down version of this is the ability to move plans up to the top of the queue (BAM-932).
