One of our customer reported this issue in https://support.atlassian.com/browse/BSP-661

We use CVS for Source Code controll. To work consistent over all our supported platforms we use CVS on windows to checkout files with Unix Lineends. Bamboo seems to convert to Windows lineends when checking out sources. Is it possible to control this behaviour?
