New Perforce Library Does not support perforce versions BEFORE 2005.1

In 2005.1 the following synonyms were created to run on the command line

synonymn command
-------- -------
changelist change
changelists changes
workspace client
workspaces clients

In 2001.1
#0 is now a synonym for #none when specifying (no) revisions.

We need to check where they get used, remove them, and retest.
