Bamboo adminis should be able to deactivate users, and deny them access to Bamboo.

Currently the procedure documented on this page http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BAMBOO/Deactivating+a+Bamboo+user to deactivate a Bamboo user is a hack.

The bamboo admin should just be able to check a deactivate check box on the user account page, to deactivate user - this action should revoke the users access to Bamboo server and prevent Bamboo from sending IM/Email notifications to user on build events.
