Currently the 'code changes' section of this page is useless. It doesn't tell me which code change caused the failure, and it doesn't tell me even which build to look at for the code change.

In short, if a dependent build breaks, you have no idea what or who caused it.

You need to include details of the dependent build somewhere. Definitely in this code changes section, probably in other places as well.
