In the quarantine page /browse/<my-plan>/quarantine, the column "status example" shows green boxes for successful runs, red boxes for failed runs, and grey boxes for runs where the test was reported as skipped in the junit xml.

If a test was removed from code, then it stays on this page with the last known result. Hundreds of builds could be between the last known result in this column, and a test that still exists in an adjacent row. Instead, subsequent runs where there is no info for this test should indicate "skipped" or maybe a 4th "unknown" status.
