Improve Linked Repository view

      Linked Repositories are only visible to users with admin permissions on that repo. This leads to multiple Linked Repositories (in Bamboo) being created that all point to the same code repository. Sometimes that is desired, but usually we want to re-use existing Linked Repositories. Without being able to view those created by others it is difficult to see when a Linked Repository already exists.

       

      I suggest updating the Linked Repositories page (Administration -> Linked Repositories) so that anyone with Use permissions can at least see that the Linked Repository exists. Currently you need Admin permissions for it to show up.

       

      Side note: It is odd that this page is under Administration even for non-admin users.

            You can enable 'Repositories' view in the main menu by running Bamboo with a system property:

            -Dbamboo.darkfeature.repository.dashboard=true

            This view will be enabled by default in Bamboo 9.5.0
