Don't render false data points when there is no data

      See attached image. On the Number of Tests chart for the plan "Producer Manager - Test and Build", the graph indicates that there were no tests on January 26. This is because there were no commits (it was a Saturday), and therefore no builds. The graph misleads the viewer into believing that something went wrong with the test suite on that day.

      Ideally, Bamboo should not render a data point if there were no builds during a given time slice.
