Problem
In Bamboo 8.0.1, the build results Summary and History tabs are showing the string "post chain actions" instead of the stage name when on a manual run

Steps to Reproduce
Set a stage as manual, run the Plan and the stage. Follow the results page
Expected Results
The build results page reports the stage name on the Plan's Summary and History tabs
Actual Results
The build results page reports the "post chain actions" string instead of the actual stage name on the Plan's Summary and History tabs

Notes
A regression from 8.0.1+
The "Stage name" shows correctly during the build. But reverses to "post chain actions" once completed.
