      Problem Definition

      Currently, there's no variable that stores the queue time of a build.

      Suggested Solution

      Add a variable that stores the build time of a build. Also add a variable in the Bamboo Webhooks that stores the build queue time, such as:

      ${bamboo.date.queued}
