Improve lockout recovery documentation

      Problem

      The current lockout recovery documentation only applies to Bamboo 6.6. While the documentation does state this at the top:

      This page describes how to recover administrator access for Bamboo 6.6 and later.

      It is frequently missed and does not point to any relevant resources for older versions.

      Suggested Solution

      Emphasise that it only applies to Bamboo 6.6. E.g. Note panel at the top of the page and include links to the correct resources to help for older versions:

      Note

      This page describes how to recover administrator access for Bamboo 6.6 and later. It will not work for versions of Bamboo < 6.6
