Currently there's no way to limit the amount of plan branches that can be created in a plan

Suggested Solution

Add an admin option to limit how many plan branches can be created per plan

Why this is important

This would prevent the users from generating unlimited number of plan branches and potentially causing a system crash with the number of builds being triggered automatically.
