Show Agent-local artifact handler path in Artifact tab

      Problem Definition

      If the artifact is a large file (ex. 1GB), it would be better to configure Agent-local artifact handler. However, normal Bamboo user will not know the location of the file (to retrieve it) without asking the admin.

      Suggested Solution

      Show the full path for Agent-local artifact handler for the particular build in Artifact tab

            @Kah, 'Suggested Solution' should be to show (or link) to path on Artifacts tab. Logs are not where users should be searching for artifact. This break whole UX (if there is one ) of Bamboo interface. Logs are for errors/messages, not for Bamboo feature discovery.
