When our team has one Build Notification Trigger, where both Committer and an email address should be notified, this generates 2 emails.
We do this, to keep all team members notified about some special build results.
BUT... this is a P.I.T.A. when I do a commit - then I get 2 identical mail (one as committer and one as team member).

Combine this, so that one Build Notification Trigger sends one mail to all recipient. If "someone" needs to be on a secret mail-list, then create a new Notification Trigger.
