Deployments Dashboard not respecting LIST_POSITION of environments when sorting for display

      Summary

      When displaying Deployment Environments on the viewAllDeploymentProjects.action screen. The environments are not sorted by their respective entries in the LIST_POSITION column of the DEPLOYMENT_ENVIRONMENT table.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create multiple environments for the same Deployment Project
      2. Set their LIST_POSITION to desired sort order
      3. /deploy/viewAllDeploymentProjects.action

      Expected Results

      Environments should be sorted per project based on their List Position

      Actual Results

      Unclear what is used to determine sort order
