Notify users about URL manipulation in YAML plan configuration

      Users commonly bookmark Bamboo's URL and since YAML Plan Configuration has limited configuration (fewer tabs in comparison to plan created through UI), we should notify users they are visiting an URL they should not and/or is not meant for YAML view, e.g:

      • /chain/admin/config/editChainPermissions.action?buildKey=PROJ-PLAN
      • /chain/admin/config/defaultChainNotification.action?buildKey=PROJ-PLAN
