      Problem Definition

      We have no control over Docker arguments for the Job Docker runner. We can't configure proxy settings or any other arguments other than volumes.

      Suggested Solution

      Create a Job Docker runner argument field. It will allow a specific Docker configuration per Job.

      There is no workaround at the moment
