    Description

      Problem Description:

Currently, there is no such feature to run/skip a bamboo task based on a certain condition.

One good reason behind having such feature is in a case where you have a plugin which performs a quality scan of the code. The pricing of such a plugin depends on the number of lines scanned. So if there are multiple branches of a plan and if we use this plugin as a task in the plan configuration then this plugin will scan all the code for all the branches including the master branch. However, there could be reasons to run this plugin for the only master plan and not for all the branches. In this case, this feature will help a lot.

      Suggested Solution:

Have a configurable parameter to skip/run the task based on a certain condition.
