Custom Variables in /queue/deployment REST call

Problem Definition

When queuing builds using the REST API, we have the option to add custom variables. This does not yet exist for deployments.

Suggested Solution

Similar to build queue, add support for Deployment variables in the REST API /queue/deployment endpoint.

Why this is important

This is used to customize deployments further by setting or overriding deployment variables.

Workaround

Although this is not optimal, the current workarounds would be to either:

• Run the deployments from the UI; or
• Add the Inject Bamboo variables task to your deployment and update your variables file for the deployment
