      Background

Amazon have released a new compute-optimised instance type (C5).  Tests from our side have shown a significant compute and I/O improvement.  This would likely yield an improvement on build performance for us, so we are keen to be able to put the new instance type into use.

Note that the mounting of additional elastic volume may be impacted by this, as they are natively supporting nvme with this instance type, so dev/sdh and /dev/xvdh may change to something like /dev/nvme0n1p1

      Acceptance Criteria

      • AWS C5 instance types are added to the Instance Type list
      • Changes to AWS mount points are checked
