Can't disable build status notifications for Bitbucket Server

      Summary

      There is system property bamboo.stash.disable.build.status.updates which allows to disable build status updates for Bitbucket Server. If start Bamboo with this setting it will not send build complete status update, but continue to send inprogress build status.

      Expected result:

      If bamboo.stash.disable.build.status.updates==true no build status notifications should be sent to Bitbucket Server
