Encrypt password variables in VARIABLE_CONTEXT and VARIABLE_BASELINE_ITEM tables

Problem Definition

Currently, Bamboo password variables are not encrypted in the VARIABLE_CONTEXT and VARIABLE_BASELINE_ITEM tables, even though they are encrypted in VARIABLE_DEFINITION

Encrypt passwords in VARIABLE_CONTEXT and VARIABLE_BASELINE_ITEM tables

Workaround

Currently there is no workaround, apart from not using passwords in Bamboo variables
