      "Stash repository triggers the build when pull-requests are created or updated"
      "Stash repository triggers the build when changes are commited to branches without an active pull-request"

            We'd like to trigger only for pull request or commits after pull request. Note: we use on-prem bamboo and bitbucket.

            We'd also like to only trigger plans to be created by pull requests and not by commits. 

            So we can have one plan for `develop` branches, one plan for pull requests into `develop`.
