Notify administrators when disk space runs low on Build Agents

    Description

      Problem Definition

      When Build agents run out of disk space, builds will fail, but Bamboo users are not notified of low space in any way.

      Suggested Solution

      Add some capabilities to report low disk space with an email alert to admins, and potentially stop agents from pulling jobs until the condition is resolved.

      Workaround

      There is currently no workaround for this.
