Problem Definition

Currently to enable profiling in Bamboo it requires you to shutdown Bamboo and add -Datlassian.profile.activate=true to the JVM arguments. When troubleshooting performance issues, it is often not ideal for administrators to shutdown their Production instance to enable additional logging.

Suggested Solution

UI configuration or endpoint we can hit to enable profiling without shutting down Bamboo, similar to Bitbucket would be ideal.
