Bamboo Job Issues tab does not work

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create two JIRA issues
2. Create two repositories in a Bamboo Build Plan
3. Create two Jobs in the Bamboo Plan
4. Create a commit with the first JIRA issue key in the first repository
5. Create a commit with the second JIRA issue key in the second repository
6. Set the first Bamboo Job to checkout the first repository
7. Set the second Bamboo Job to checkout the second repository
8. Build the plan

Expected Results

The Build Plan will be linked with the two JIRA issues.
The first Bamboo Job Issue tab will show the first JIRA issue link.
The second Bamboo Job Issue tab will show the second JIRA issue link.

Actual Results

The Build Plan will be linked with the two JIRA issues.
However, there are no JIRA issues link in both Jobs Issues tab

Notes

• In another Build Plan, even if the JIRA issue is linked from the Job Issue tab (http://localhost:8085/browse/BAM-GIT-JOB1-22/issues), it will not be shown in the Build Issue tab (http://localhost:8085/browse/BAM-GIT-22/issues)
• Linking JIRA issue from Job Issues tab will not be shown in JIRA Issue Development Panel too
