AWS CodeDeploy is hard-coded to a 15 minute timeout

Currently, any AWS CodeDeploy deployment task is limited to 15 minutes via a poller that runs once every 60 seconds for up to 15 retries.

These should be configurable.

When you have a CodeDeploy Policy of one-at-a-time, a bunch of servers, and a ValidateServer task that ensures the server is up before moving onto the next one, it's trivial to hit this timeout limit.
