    Description

      Summary

The recently introduced Admin permission for linked repositories is not automatically granted to Bamboo administrators. As such, the Bamboo Administration -> Linked Repositories page does not display all repositories when viewed by a user with Bamboo administrator privileges.

      Environment

      Bamboo Cloud

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create two users both with administrative access to Bamboo
      2. Create a linked repository using one of these users
      3. Attempt to view said repository when logged in as the other admin user

      Expected Results

Administrators are able to view all linked repositories defined in their Bamboo Cloud application and newly created repositories grant the Admin permission to Bamboo administrators by default.

      Actual Results

Only repositories that the admin user created will be displayed. Linked repositories created by other users are not visible.

      Workaround

As a Bamboo administrator, navigate directly to https://<hostname>.atlassian.net/builds/vcs/viewAllRepositories.action. From there you can manually update the permissions for each repository and grant your current Bamboo administrators group the Use and Admin permissions.
