Deployment Dashboards extremely slow in 5.10, particularly against MySQL

Summary

Deployment dashboards suffer performance degradation using MySQL for some users on 5.10.0 and 5.10.1.1. This issue may be most apparent when a user has one or more environments each with a large number of deployments (e.g. 1000+)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load a large database containing 1000+ deployments per environment using MySQL on Bamboo 5.10.0 / 5.10.1.1
2. Open Deployment Dashboard screen

Expected Results

As per improvements made in BAM-13643 the deployment dashboard speed should be greatly improved

Actual Results

Users meeting the criteria described in the summary experience slow load times on the deployment dashboard

Fix

Upgrade to Bamboo 5.10.2 (the latest release as at the time of writing) or later. Note that slowness has also been reported in 5.10.2: BAM-17322 so MySQL users on 5.9 are advised not to upgrade until that is fixed.
