Description
I did the following:
1. Visited the view profile page, https://bamboo.developer.atlassian.com/profile/userProfile.action
2. Noticed my email and name were set, but not my IM account or notification preference.
3. Clicked Edit Profile.
4. Noticed my email address and name were set. Set my IM account and notification preference (notify via IM).
5. Clicked Save.
6. Back at the view profile page, my full name was blank and my email was blank. Same if I go back to edit profile.
Probably something to do with the Crowd integration.
