Required fields when triggering a build

It would be nice to have the ability to set some required fields in Bamboo when manually triggering a build. For instance, force the user to enter a comment when a build is manually triggered. Something similar to what we have in JIRA. When a user tries to create a JIRA issue, it's possible to set the Comment field as required in such a way that the user will not be able to create the issue until a comment is added. When a user clicks the Run > Run Plan button, Bamboo could display a pop-up so the user could add a comment to the build. At the same time, if the same Plan detects a change (which means it has a Trigger in place), it should automatically trigger the build without waiting/asking for any comments, the required field would take place when the build is manually triggered.
