Allow HTTP/HTTPS connection for Stash integration in addition to SSH

      Problem

      Currently Stash repositories can only be added when SSH is enabled on Stash if the full integration feature set is desired. If SSH is not enabled or if the SSH port is firewalled, the integration fails.

      Proposed solution

      Allow an optional switch to use HTTP/HTTPS instead of SSH.

      Workaround

      Add Stash repositories with the HTTP/HTTPS URL and selecting the repository type to be git instead of Stash. The drawback is that the benefits of native Stash/Bamboo integration are not available.
